HealthierSG conducted its first run of the SHAPESG program in June 2022, alongside the Ministry of Health (MOH) easing of community Safe Management Measures (SMMs), with a group of 10 seniors from Yong-en Active Hub at Bukit Merah Community Hub.

Holistic Course
Holistic course, more in depth and clearer understanding of ACP for planning even when you are not dying, how to eat healthily, exercising the right way, felt should have started program earlier. Self-enlightened with knowledge learnt in class, better understanding about aging. My blood sugar has reduced… off metformin now, cholesterol improving.
