Our Journey
Where It Started
Before 2021, a small founding team came together with a shared belief that everyone deserves the chance to live well, with care, dignity, and purpose. With the support of Dr. Lee Wei Ling, Health Concepts and Measurement – Healthier SG Ltd was started to focus on equitable care and lifelong learning.
Becoming a Charity
In 2021, we were registered as a charity under the Ministry of Health (MOH). This marked a deeper commitment to serve the community and grow our work in a more intentional and accountable way.
Total Well-Being SG
As our work expanded, so did our understanding of what well-being really means. We became Total Well-Being SG to reflect a more holistic view of health, one that includes physical, mental, emotional, social, and everyday life well-being. We continue this journey with the people we serve, learning and growing together.
