With over a decade of experience at the National Neuroscience Institute, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Ms Hong worked on neuro-research projects related to Alzheimer’s disease, functional MRI, and neurosurgical assessments. In 2010, she shifted focus to caregiving, supporting her mother’s rehabilitation and aging-related health challenges. Her passion for holistic well-being led her to study wholesome food preparation in Taiwan, further deepening her commitment to nutrition and healthy living.
Ms Krystle Teo
Manager, Art Therapist
Ms Krystle is a clinician specialising in psychology and expressive arts therapies. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology (Hons) from NUS, a Master’s in Art Therapy from LaSalle, and is pursuing an MSc in Psychology: Data Science in Human Behavior. With experience at MINDEF, Montfort Care, and Pathlight School, she blends science and creativity to support well-being. At Total Well-Being SG, she designs transformative experiences for growth. A recipient of the NCSS Lien Scholarship (2013), Ms Krystle is dedicated to lifelong learning and stays active through Muay Thai.
Ms Christine Chia
Senior Occupational Therapist
Ms Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (Hons) from Trinity College Dublin and is currently pursuing a Master in Public Health at NUS. She has extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist in adult and elderly rehabilitation, having worked with organisations such as AH-NUHS Rehab Dept, SPD Therapy Hub, AMK THK Hospital DRC, SPD Employment Support Program, and Day Rehabilitation Centre. Passionate about sports, Ms Christine is a former Team Singapore National Athlete and holds certifications as an NROC-certified coach and ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
Ms Nadiah Amin
Senior Physiotherapist
Ms Nadiah, a Senior Physiotherapist with 10 years of experience, holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (Hons) from Trinity College Dublin. She has worked in various community settings, including SPD Therapy Hub, SPD@Peng Nguan DRC, Xin Yuan Comm Care, AMK THK Hospital, Bright Vision Hospital, and Grace Lodge Nursing Home. Ms Nadiah is a Certified Clinical Educator for SIT Students and holds the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, further expanding her expertise in strength and conditioning.
Ms Tan Hui Sze
Senior Staff Nurse
With 7 years of experience at NUH National University Centre for Organ Transplantation, Ms Tan has worked as a Senior Staff Nurse in the inpatient surgical ward, leading holistic care for elderly and diabetic patients. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Hons) from the University of Manchester. Ms Tan is a certified Clinical Instructor, received Preceptorship certification, and was honoured with the NUHS Teaching Excellence Award in 2022 for her outstanding contributions to nursing education.
Ms Lim Zhao Jun
Senior Staff Nurse
Currently a Senior Staff Nurse at NUH Emergency Dept, Ms Lim holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Hons) from NUS. She previously worked at the NUH general ward and has extensive community volunteer experience, contributing to organisations like St Andrew Community Hospital mobile clinic, St John Ambulance Brigade, Rotaract Club, and National Library Board kidsREAD. Ms Lim was awarded the Commendation Medal (Covid-19) and the NUHS Nightingale Award in recognition of her outstanding service.
Ms Najiha Amin
Certified Personal Trainer
Ms Najiha is an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Powerlifting Instructor, and Exercise Is Medicine certified. She helps individuals of all ages and backgrounds build strength, confidence, and resilience through fitness, integrating physical activity and exercise as a key component of health and wellness. With a fitness journey that began in 2015, Ms Najiha competed in multiple Powerlifting meets, securing top placements in her category. She believes strength is for everyone, regardless of age, size, or gender, and applies a holistic approach to fitness for overall well-being.
